Processing Time

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout
- We ship via reputable courier partners; a tracking link will be shared once dispatched
International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance
- International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
Failed Deliveries
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Jewels by Meher is not responsible for lost or stolen items
